SHIPPING COSTS AND DELIVERY TIME

Orders for in stock items received before 3pm EST are given priority, and in most cases, are shipped the same day. Orders received after 3pm EST will be shipped the next day.

We ship Monday thru Friday. Orders received after 3pm on Friday will not be shipped until the following Monday.

Some items are custom made to order, and are usually shipped UPS within 7 to 10 days, as well as orders for some of our specialty items and limited production pieces.

Delivery Times

Orders shipped USPS Mail with Delivery Confirmation usually take 3-5 business days anywhere in the U.S.

Orders shipped USPS Mail with Delivery Confirmation to Alaska and Hawaii will usually take an extra day or two.

Orders containing our Apple Leather Rain & Stain Repellent must be shipped by ground Parcel Post through the US Mail and can take up to 14 Business days, with a few days longer for west coast deliveries. The post office does not consider Saturday and Sunday as business days.

UPS and FED-EX do not consider weekends in the delivery schedule of packages shipped Next Day and 2nd Day Air, and is not available to Alaska or Hawaii.
