Just had to write (and I never do this) to let you know my Lilly Shoulder Bag arrived in a timely fashion just as promised. It is exquisite in every aspect, just what I was hoping for. The leather is high quality, luxuriously soft yet sturdy. The design of the bag is perfect for me - large enough yet not cumbersome. The belts and buckles are absolutely top quality, and you can see the prices are way below discount clothing store prices. They also sent me a replacement "Chicago post" fastener for an older belt in 2003 at no charge. I spoke with the owner, who called me, and he emphasized his focus on customer service. This may be one of the last of a breed of "made in USA" and "customer is always right" companies that helped make the USA great. They will always have my business for leather goods. |
