The belts and buckles are absolutely top quality, and you can see the prices are way below discount clothing store prices. They also sent me a replacement "Chicago post" fastener for an older belt in 2003 at no charge. I spoke with the owner, who called me, and he emphasized his focus on customer service. This may be one of the last of a breed of "made in USA" and "customer is always right" companies that helped make the USA great. They will always have my business for leather goods. |
