I ended up cancelling that order and ordering something a little "better" and more expensive (hey it is Christmas afterall). All of this amazing customer service transpired over 2 emails, within an hour, and my new item is ALREADY SHIPPED!

I lost my travel bag in a flood here in Ky. only to find it 2 months later downstream, full of mud and debris. A garden hose, saddle soap and a little hand rubbing and I now use it every trip I take. Few people believe this story when I show them the bag. It`s true. 'nuff said.
