I emailed several times with questions about the product and shipping - received a response within 15 minutes each and ever time. I am not sure who the person(s) is/are who work in customer service - but someone better give them a raise.
Kudos also to the shipping process. My item was ordered on a holiday afternoon and Leatherstuff had it shipped by the following morning.
I'm not sure why other companies can't match such shipping and service - they could learn something from this company. |
